The Pennsylvania State University, Department of Student Affairs, Career Services , is seeking an Employer Engagement Coordinator to join their amazing team!
The Employer Engagement Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for employers recruiting at The Pennsylvania State University;

Act as the main point of contact for employers interested in engaging with and recruiting Penn State talent across the University.

Meet with recruiters to provide resources, contacts, and individualized strategies that facilitate inclusive recruiting at the University.

Host collaborative meetings with company recruiters and employer engagement colleagues as well as facilitate employer programs that engage students university-wide. Participate in the HIRE BIG10+ Employer Relations Knowledge Committee.

Work across teams to identify current gaps and create new resources, programming, and strategies to enhance the work of employer relations teams and increase opportunities for employers to expand and deepen their recruitment university-wide.

Member of the Employer Relations Protocol (ERP) group working with colleagues around the university to track recruiting behavior and trending employer scams.

Review Career Services resources to ensure employer-facing materials remain up-to-date and inclusive.

Contribute to employer engagement-related work in Nittany Lion Careers, the Penn State career management platform, including processing employer accounts, job postings, and on campus interview requests.

Provide high-level customer service to recruiters who have questions about engaging with the University.

Provide staff support within the area of Recruiting and Employer Engagement.

Provide select direct service delivery including career education outreach programs and employer welcoming.
Typical Education & Experience
1+ years related experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher; Master’s Degree preferred
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
