Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our most recent inspection in 2023, success rates for learners, across all programmes, are on or significantly above national benchmarks.We are now looking to recruit a new member of our expanding employer engagement team to drive recruitment to a range of technical programmes and to support our students to undertake industry placements. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience of engaging with the construction or building services sectors.Reporting to a Head of Employer Engagement, this key role will be responsible for promoting and selling the College’s full range of products and services to employers. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build key customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals and ensure that all employers have a first class customer experience.
