EPIC is looking for a Full time Employment Advisor based in Bundaberg for 38 hours per week who is passionate in making real difference to the lives of people with disability.

About the Role

The purpose of the role is to reverse market EPIC’s services and participants to local business which requires passion & resilience. Support local businesses in how to employ people with a disability. Passionate for finding roles for participants, provide ongoing support to local businesses and EPIC’s participants for successful employment.

  • Is self-driven, resilient and skilled at effective time management
  • Has excellent communication skills in all forms
  • Brings experience and proven success in sourcing new opportunities and growing market share
  • Will use consultative selling skills to fully understand client needs
  • Has the ability to build brand awareness within your territory

Mandatory requirements

  • Current driver’s license 
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card)
  • Must complete a national police check
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19

EPIC will assist the successful applicant in obtaining a Blue Card and police check.
