As Employment Coach working across the Disability Employment Program, you will work with job seekers to coach them and get them ready for ongoing meaningful employment. Collaborating with the wider team, you will manage employment leads or source new employment opportunities that meet the needs of your job seekers. You will reverse-market job seekers into potential ongoing employment opportunities by arranging work experience or job placement opportunities.
You will empower job seekers to maintain meaningful employment by:
- Coaching job seekers with relevant employment skills including interview skills, CV development, work trials, etc.
- Providing ongoing post-placement support
- Monitoring workplace participation to ensure ongoing success for both job seeker and employer

In addition to receiving a salary ranging between $60k – $68k, plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits. There is also an option for additional purchased leave to increase your annual leave entitlements.

A real solutions-focussed attitude and approach helps you to deliver high-quality outcomes. People enjoy engaging with you and you are known for your compassion, empathy, and respect.
You’ll also bring with you:
- Demonstrated success in a previous customer service, recruitment or community services role
- Capability to work autonomously and achieve success for your job seekers
- Excellence in customer service
- Experience working with databases and or CRMs
