EPIC is looking for a Full-Time Employment Consultant in our Burnie office to join the team who is passionate in making a real difference to the lives of people with disability.

About You & the Role
The purpose of the role is to train and support individuals with disability, mental illness, injury, or health conditions to secure and maintain sustainable employment in the open labour market resulting in greater social inclusion. You will provide person-centered assistance that will vary depending on the individual needs of each participant, and support job-search efforts.

Mandatory requirements
- Current driver’s license
- Must hold or be able to obtain a current Working with Children Clearance
- Must complete a national police check
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
