Introduction
The main goal of this project is designing and establishment of an open-source, license-free digital solution to automate and digitize subsidies, social payments, and public grants for users of the social protection systems in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The development process will include collaboration with and between institutional partners, considering user perspectives and ensuring national interoperability to bridge the digital divide. The aim behind the design and establishment of a new systems is to set an example of highly efficient and secure digital collaboration within the government and between government and citizens
The main objective of this RfP is the development of a digital solution that covers all social benefits related to FMRSP, cantons or local governments.
