Education Qualification & Experience

• Post graduate in rural development/MSW/MBA rural Management/Sociology/Education
• At least three to 5 years of Experience in Working in the community on issue of education child rights and Health issue.
• Advocacy and Lobbying experience with local department.
• Good reading and writing skills in English & Hindi with have knowledge of professional reporting to the donors and senior officials.
• Experience of community based Planning, Monitoring and Execution especially among team.

Working area – Bihar or Jharkhand

Salary – 35 – 40 Thousand.

MIS officer – 1 Post

Education Qualification & Experience

• MSW with computer diploma/degree.
• MCA/Bachelor in computer sciences with knowledge of Data analysis, data collection along with knowledge of tools/mechanism.
• Candidate must have knowledge of KOBO-collect; Google form preparation and other relevant tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in this area.

ICDS Coordinator – 1 Post

Education Qualification & Experience

• At least PG degree in rural development/MSW/Sociology.
• 3 – 5 years of experience working on preschool education.
• Experience to work with ICDS will be preferred.
• Women candidate will be preferable.
• Good documentation skill in English and Hindi.
