The Role
This Engagement Officer more broadly coordinates and provides operational support for the School of Education’s strategic engagement events and related projects. The Partnerships and Engagement and Team operate as a small collaborative and innovative team responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing appropriate key education partnerships, engagement activities and enterprise related programs that drive the School of Education’s strategic priorities and relevant Universities performance targets.
This position more broadly is responsible for
- Provide broader administrative and operational support to the Partnership and Engagement Team to support the successful delivery of all events and related activities
- Assist to provide diligent documentation and record-keeping and maintain this information in relevant data bases (e.g. EXCEL, Teams) including event management software (e.g. Trybooking , Mailchimp and SalesForce)
- Provide administrative and financial administrative support for related Partnerships and Engagement portfolio of activity, and other areas of the school as require; and participate in the delivery of events as needed.
The incumbent is accountable for personal performance in the provision of accurate information, advice, and direction on a wide variety of administrative matters, as well as in the performance of their frontline and administrative tasks. This role requires a willingness to work across the two metropolitan campuses (Mount Lawley and Joondalup) and may require some out of hours work in attending events etc.

This full-time ongoing position attracts a remuneration of $71,918 (pro-rata) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
