Procurement Process : | RFP – Request for proposal | UNDP-HQ – UNITED STATES OF AMERICA | Introduction : The objective of this contract is to identify an organization that can support UNPRPD Technical Secretariat to develop a comprehensive guidance note on effective engagement and inclusion of marginalized and underrepresented groups of persons with disabilities with a focus on inclusion of persons with intellectual disabilities from different regions around the world. The contracted agency will provide contributions to UNPRPD guidance note on inclusion of underrepresented and marginalized groups of persons with disabilities by drafting a section of the guidance note (approximately 5-10 pages) on the rights and priorities of people with intellectual disabilities (self-advocates) and recommendations to UN agencies for more meaningful engagement.
