Job Description

  • You will participate in the Coordination and Monitoring of snagging and project handover.

  • Provide support to Resident Engineer/Team lead to ensure projects run smoothly by providing expert knowledge and advice.

  • Liaise with the Design Engineer on Modifications if required.

  • Give daily site reports and highlight issues that arise on site to the Project Lead.

  • Coordinate with the other team members.

  • Monitor Health and Safety of the Construction works and report on violations

  • Be able to present the ID selections to the client and record the approval formally.

  • Be able to meet the Client’s expectations and deadline even if they were provided in short notices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.

  • Membership of a recognized institution (i.e. PE/Peng, CEng ) would be preferred.

  • LEED GA or AP certifications would be a plus.

  • Minimum 10 years experience in the Design and all aspects of Supervision and Project Administration of the Architectural works.
