How can you make a difference?
Key responsibilities will be:
? Provides oversight of the JCO oxygen plant project and ensures that learnings are applied for efficient and optimal implementation
? Provides technical guidance to UNICEF and the GOJ on the installation, implementation and management of the PSA plant project
? Supports UNICEF and government partners by assisting in needs assessments, planning, capacity building, as required.
? Works closely with the North-east and Southern Regional Health Authorities to support and train technical teams to operate and maintain the PSA plants at the St Ann’s Bay and May Pen Hospitals
? Contribute to technical capacity building within UNICEF and among implementing partners to ensure successful implementation of oxygen plants, and full integration of the plants into the wider oxygen infrastructure in Jamaica.
? Supports the JCO to establish and maintain a resource bank of supporting materials for implementation of oxygen plants in Jamaica
? Works closely with Oxygen Technical Assistance team in Supply Division to ensure optimal and efficient roll out, timely request for support and smooth information flow.
