Our client are a scale-up in Fintech Payments industry, founded in the late 90’s. They extract information from payments data to be used for Fraud prevention purposes.They are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to manage a team of 20 Engineers, that are responsible for their two highest revenue generating products. You will be reporting directly into the CTO, and his vision is to progress this candidate into a newly created Head of Engineering position over the coming years.£80k-£90k + Bonus + 2 x a week in the office in WokingInterview Process: 2 stages – 1st) Phone Call (30-45 minutes) & 2nd) Face-to-Face in the office (1 hour 30-2 hours)You will be overseeing the design, development and implementation of .NET applications across various platforms. They want someone who is data-driven in their approach to leading teams, defining the metrics and measures for the development teams and using this to produce regular reports to present to the C-Suite. They want someone from a TDD background, as they want someone who can embed this into their Engineering culture.Key Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in the software development field
• Strong .NET development
• 3+ years’ experience with team management
• Experience with end-to-end project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Fintech/Financial services experience
• Azure (or other cloud provider)
