Are you an experienced Engineering Manager? Have you had exposure to electrical, mechanical and refrigeration repairs in a warehouse/industrial environment? If so, then we might have the role for you!Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join us on our multi-temperature Iceland site in Enfield. Managing a small team of engineers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the sites facilities are operational on a day-to-day basis and that all repairs are carried out in a compliant, timely and cost-effective manner.This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working, Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00 however, this is a 24/7 site, and you will want to flex sometimes to to see all shifts, this is logistics after all, the role requires availability for out of hours call and occasional support for the other depots in the network.Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
