Join the New Horizons team in providing complex care and support to provide complex care to residents within their own home. We’re looking for experienced and an empathetic Enrolled Nurse in the Far North Coast, Lismore & Ballina.
Position is Permanent Full-Time or Part time working Mon – Sun, 24/7 rotating roster.

The Day to Day
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be meeting the daily care needs of a resident in their own home and will be invested in providing a person-centred approach, high-quality care, and ensuring that resident is supported in achieving their goals. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Meet the daily care needs of a customer within the customer home, both physically and psychologically.
- Deliver appropriate health care procedures and medication administration (as accredited), bowel care and catheter care.
- Applies appropriate sensitivity and interpersonal skills to manage interactions and effectively advocate for customer outcomes by supporting customer choice and decision making.
About You
- Appropriate tertiary Enrolled Nurse qualification; including holding Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Medication Endorsed, desirable
- You have a valid NSW Drivers C class licence
- You have a mobile phone you are comfortable using for work
- An understanding of NDIS services and programs is helpful (though not essential)
- Must be fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted.
- You are punctual with a friendly nature and want to help make a positive impact on the lives of residents within the community
