You will provide clinical care and assessments to Carinity Home Care clients. Your approach to care is holistic taking in account the physical, social and spiritual needs of the client and adopting a problem-solving approach for the planning, delivery and evaluation of care provided.
The role position is at Carinity Fairfield Grange, this facility is a beautifully designed aged care facility offering all levels of care to residents as well as an on-site retirement community. This master planned site is located in Townsville, only walking distance to cafés, a range of convenience stores and a medical centre. Carinity is a smoke free environment.

What do I need in this role?
- Availability to work Monday to Friday various shifts: PM, 14:00 – 21:00.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience working within Aged Care/Home Care
- Understanding of and ability to manage computer documentation systems and ACFI systems for data entry of information e.g. progress notes
- Understanding Aged Care documentation requirements
