Enrollment OPS

OPS 

The Lastinger Center for Learning is looking for a part-time OPS team member to support our Enrollment Team. This individual will assist as needed for various projects throughout the center. 

Responsibilities:   

• Provide enrollment support by responding to enrollment email inquiries for various programs.
• Provide enrollment support by responding to enrollment phone inquiries via the call log for various programs.
• Other miscellaneous enrollment tasks as needed.
• Must be available Tuesdays – Thursdays

$20 / hour

Must have a high school Diploma

• Strong Communication Skills
• Customer Service Experience
• Attention to Detail
• Problem-Solving Abilities
• Time Management Skills
