About the Student Administration Services
Student Administration Services (SAS) provides support across the student and teaching lifecycles, from enrolments to graduation. Defined by two interconnected levels of service: the College SAS teams and the University-wide SAS teams, work collaboratively to deliver simple, timely, efficient, and innovative student administration services and advice to both students and staff.
About the Role
As part of a university wide Student Administration Services team, you will play a key role in the provision of quality planning and operational support services for enrolment and course advice related matters at a College level.
As an Enrolment and Course Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Providing students with high quality and accurate enrolment and course planning support.
Answering complex enquiries and giving specialised assistance and guidance.
Acting as a key contact for both staff and students for advice on policies and operational procedures relating to enrolments and course advice.
You will work in a highly skilled team to assist with the ongoing review of business processes and systems for enhanced innovative business practices and an improved student experience across a range of student administration activities.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a passion for student success and provide high quality outcomes and customer service. The key to your success will be your strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you join a collaborative and welcoming team and effectively develop and enhance relationships with a diverse range of students, staff stakeholders.
You will also demonstrate:
Completion of a degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Experience and well-developed knowledge of processes related to, providing support for course offerings or the provision of complex course planning advice in an education environment of equivalent.
Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data and proficiency in working with complex database systems such as a student management information system.
