This shift will be orchestrated by the transformation team, in which this role will reside. The role of Enterprise Agility Implementation Expert will be crucial as a pragmatic, hands-on position evolving our organizational agility. The role will serve as a close partner with leaders and teams at all levels, discovering and understanding difficulties, opportunities and systemic impediments, and enabling context-appropriate solutions.As an Enterprise Agility Implementation Expert, you will take a system-level view, equipping leaders and teams with the tools, techniques and approaches that will enable them to own and evolve their transition to an Agile and Product way of working. You will clearly connect your interventions, solutions and activities to customer and commercial value, with a focus on small ‘A’ agility being merely a means to a business end. Through your empathy, expertise and effectiveness you will supply to LSEG achieving the high-reaching goals we have set out in our partnership with Microsoft.Main Responsibilities:· Lead end-to-end business agility transformation multiple levels (teams, Products/Platforms, organisation), working across the LSEG-Microsoft partnership to build and support an agile ecosystem· Enable an evolution across the partnership towards a coherent set of core practices, processes and behaviours where appropriate and enabling teams to achieve better outcomes· Act as a coach at multiple levels, facilitating the adoption and evolution of business agility· Advocate and facilitate a culture shift within the organization, promoting an agile mentality and behaviors and ensuring these principles are deeply ingrained in our everyday work· Develop learning paths, supported by learning and training approaches that enable individuals and teams to advance towards their business outcomes· Ensure a thorough approach to impediment identification and removal at all levels, with a focus on identifying systematic themes and opportunities· Act as a guide on enabling agile metrics to enable teams and the organisation to drive better outcomes, with an emphasis on end-to-end flow· Develop a continuous improvement environment, encouraging teams to inspect and adapt their practices to increase effectivenessIn this role, you will:· Influence people across the Partnership to help implement business agility standard processes· Work closely with Microsoft to ensure best practices are sought and incorporated into LSEG’s Agile and Product way of working· Be emotionally intelligent, meeting people where they are and helping them own their own journey to agility· Ruthlessly prioritise interventions and activities to have maximum impact on business outcomes and results· Collaborate with scrum masters, agile coaches, Product and Technology leaders and senior leadership· Build relationships across the organisation and help drive and support the enterprise level drive for agility and Product-centricity· Provide regular feedback regarding scope, roadblocks, concerns to your colleagues and key stakeholdersSkills / experience required· At least five years experience in agility coaching at scale· Deep lean/agile skills, knowledge and practical expertise· Deep understanding of major agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, or Scrum @ Scale) with experience of at least one major scaling framework· Experience in implementing, training and coaching Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)· Excellent skills in Facilitation, Training, Mentoring, and Professional Coaching· Strong social and emotional intelligence· Expertise in agility metrics and how to best surface them from core workflow tooling, such as Azure DevOps· Good understanding of technical practices (test automation, continuous integration etc.) and an ability to credibly engage with engineers· Good understanding of Product Management practices (discovery, hypothesis driven development, prioritisation approaches etc.)· Commercially astute and able to link activities to commercial outcomesLSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
