Job DescriptionProspective officers and staff must be held to a higher standard of behaviour and accountability than members of the public, and that therefore their right to privacy can be fettered in certain circumstances. Hours of Work & FlexibilityThis role will be based at Logistics Centre, Perry Barr.The post holder may be required to travel to different locations across the West Midlands region.Attendance will be flexible hours Monday to Friday to meet the needs of the business.The post holder may occasionally be required to work outside normal hours to support operational demand.The post holder may wish to work from alternative locations to suit the task at hand.They will attend the Logistics Centre or Lloyd House as required for face to face meetings or collaboration activities, and check in regularly with their line manager as required.InterviewsInterviews will likely take place early March 2025ContactFor further information regarding this role, please contact jemma.hodgson@westmidlands.police.ukProbationary Policy:Under the Probation Policy, if you are currently in your probation period, “during your probationary period you will not be permitted to apply for alternative police staff roles within the Force unless there are exceptional circumstances.
