Three years of experience interpreting environmental rules, regulations, standards and policies; knowledge of water quality, air quality, groundwater monitoring and remediation; extensive knowledge of stormwater management practices, MS4 permit compliance, the Delaware Sediment and Stormwater regulations, WQIPs, sustainability, and other environmental protection management practices
