Required Application Package Documents

The following items are required to be submitted with your application. Applicants who do not submit the required items timely may not be considered for this job:

• Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov . All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position.
• Resume is required and must be included.
• Degree and/or School Transcripts
• Statement of Qualifications – Your cumulative response to the Supplemental Questionnaire must be no more than two pages in length in size 12-point Arial font.

  – Please discuss a fish or wildlife resource topic you have experience working on or a special interest in and any related conservation implications.

  – Please provide an example of an issue or problem that you identified which required the assistance of others, explain why it was a problem, and describe what actions you took to resolve it.

  A Valid Driver’s License is required. Please provide a photocopy of the front and back of your Driver’s License (DL) clearly showing your name as stated on the license, issuing state, DL number, class and expiration.
