Shareteah Humanitarian Organization (SHO) is an Iraqi National NGO promoting safety & development through mine action and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE)awareness, and clearance of mines, explosives and remnants of war.to assistance for people affected by armed conflict. Founded in 2016, SHO has organized & executed programs throughout Iraq. including the provinces of Nineveh, Duhok, Kirkuk, Tikrit, Anbar, and Baghdad. It currently holds offices in Duhok and Mosul.

The driver will provide safe, transport services for SHO staff and provide a pickup car above the 2014 model in a good condition. The driver will adhere to all traffic and SHO safety rules and follow the transport guidelines required by the SHO transport department. The driver is responsible for the safe driving of the vehicle for the SHO program and staff, cleaning the car, and ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles in compliance with safe driving standards, ensuring the vehicle is fuel-led in time for trips, and the proper management of the fuel supply for that vehicle. The driver should do so according to SHO policies and procedures.

سيقدم السائق خدمات نقل آمنة لكادرمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية مع توفير سيارة بيك اب موديل اكثر من 2014 في وضع جيد. سيلتزم السائق بجميع قواعد المرور والسلامة في منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية ويتبع إرشادات النقل المطلوبة من قبل قسم النقل في شاريتيه الانسانية. يكون السائق مسؤولاً عن القيادة الآمنة للمركبة لبرامج شاريتيه الانسانية والموظفين، ونظافة المركبة، وضمان الصيانة السليمة للمركبات وفقًا لمعايير القيادة الآمنة، وضمان تزويد الوقود للمركبة في الوقت المناسب للرحلات، والإدارة السليمة لإمدادات الوقود لتلك المركبة. يجب على السائق القيام بذلك وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات شاريتيه الانسانية .

• Follow and abide by the traffic rules, regulations, driver safety manual, and any other instructions given by Supervisor
• Maintain all vehicle safety equipment, as per vehicle safety kit, in liaison with the logistics officer including first aid kit, communication equipment, and fire extinguisher
• Work after duty hours or holidays as and when required and with prior notice from the line manager, and will be repaid as working hours instead of cash.
• Perform any other relevant and appropriate tasks for the work requirement.
• Check the vehicle before its use in the morning and after use
• Check the vehicle before departing from work.
• Check, on taking over a vehicle, that the items listed on the Vehicle Check List and the items listed in the Vehicle Tools and Materials Inventory are present and in full functioning order.
• Transport SHO staff and Mail
• Adhere to all SHO’s Policies and procedures.
• Any Other Tasks Required by Line Manager

• اتباع قواعد المرور واللوائح ودليل سلامة السائق وأي تعليمات أخرى يصدرها المشرف والالتزام بها
• صيانة جميع معدات سلامة المركبة، وفقًا لمجموعة أدوات سلامة المركبة، بالتنسيق مع مسؤول اللوجستيات بما في ذلك مجموعة الإسعافات الأولية ومعدات الاتصال وطفاية الحريق
• العمل بعد ساعات العمل أو العطلات حسب الحاجة ومع إشعار مسبق من المدير المباشر، وسيتم سداده كساعات عمل بدلاً من النقد.
• أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة ومناسبة لمتطلبات العمل
• فحص المركبة قبل استخدامها في الصباح وبعد الاستخدام
• فحص المركبة قبل المغادرة من العمل.
• التحقق، عند استلام المركبة، من وجود العناصر المدرجة في قائمة فحص المركبة والعناصر المدرجة في جرد أدوات ومواد المركبة ووجودها في حالة عمل كاملة.
• نقل الكادر والبريد الخاص بالمنظمة
• الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات منظمة شاريتيه الانسانية .
• أي مهام أخرى مطلوبة من قبل مدير المباشر

• 4×4 Car Model year must be 2016 or newer.
