Shareteah Humanitarian Organization (SHO) is an Iraqi National NGO promoting safety & development through mine action and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE)awareness, and clearance of mines, explosives and remnants of war.to assistance for people affected by armed conflict. Founded in 2016, SHO has organized & executed programs throughout Iraq. including the provinces of Nineveh, Duhok, Kirkuk, Tikrit, Anbar, and Baghdad. It currently holds offices in Duhok and Mosul.

The EORE/NTS Driver is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for the EORE/NTS Team, support staff, and other SHO personnel. This role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, SHO safety regulations, and the transport guidelines set by the SHO Transport Department. The driver is expected to ensure the safety of both the vehicle and its passengers, which includes regular cleaning, maintenance in accordance with safe driving standards, and timely refueling. Additionally, the driver will manage the vehicle’s fuel supply efficiently. All duties must be executed in full compliance with SHO policies and procedures.

السائق في فريق EORE/NTS مسؤول عن توفير النقل الآمن والموثوق لفريق EORE/NTS وموظفي الدعم وغيرهم من العاملين في SHO. يتطلب هذا الدور الالتزام الصارم بقوانين المرور ولوائح السلامة الخاصة بـ SHO وإرشادات النقل التي تحددها إدارة النقل في SHO. من المتوقع أن يضمن السائق سلامة المركبة والركاب، وذلك يشمل التنظيف المنتظم وصيانة المركبة وفقًا لمعايير القيادة الآمنة والتزود بالوقود في الوقت المناسب. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتعين على السائق إدارة إمدادات الوقود الخاصة بالمركبة بكفاءة. يجب تنفيذ جميع الواجبات وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بـ SHO.

Responsibilities: 

• Compliance with Traffic Regulations: Ensure full adherence to traffic rules, regulations, and the driver safety manual at all times, as well as following any additional instructions provided by the Supervisor.

• Vehicle Safety Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily checks and maintain all vehicle safety equipment in collaboration with the logistics officer, ensuring that the first aid kit, communication equipment, and fire extinguisher are always present, fully functional, and up to date.
• صيانة معدات سلامة المركبة: إجراء الفحوصات اليومية وصيانة جميع معدات سلامة المركبة بالتعاون مع مسؤول اللوجستيات، لضمان وجود حقيبة الإسعافات الأولية ومعدات الاتصال وطفاية الحريق، وأن تكون جميعها بحالة وظيفية كاملة وحديثة.
• Pre- and Post-Use Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections each morning before use and after each use, documenting any issues or concerns.
• فحص المركبة في نهاية اليوم: إجراء فحص نهائي للمركبة في نهاية كل يوم عمل للتأكد من أنها بحالة جيدة للاستخدام في اليوم التالي.
• End-of-Day Vehicle Check: Perform a final vehicle check at the end of each workday to ensure it is in proper condition for the next day’s use.
• إجراء فحص نهائي للمركبة في نهاية كل يوم عمل للتأكد من جاهزيتها الكاملة للاستخدام في اليوم التالي.
• Vehicle Inventory Check: Upon taking over a vehicle, verify that all items listed in the Vehicle Check List and the Vehicle Tools and Materials Inventory are present and in working order, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
• فحص مخزون المركبة: عند استلام المركبة، التحقق من وجود جميع العناصر المدرجة في قائمة فحص المركبة وقائمة جرد أدوات ومواد المركبة، والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات فورًا
• Team Transportation: Safely transport EOR/NTS teams to and from their designated areas of responsibility, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
• نقل الفريق: نقل فرق EORE/NTS بأمان من وإلى المناطق المحددة لمسؤولياتهم، وضمان وصولهم ومغادرتهم في الوقت المحدد.
• Support in Community Sessions: Assist the EORE/NTS team during community sessions as required, ensuring smooth facilitation and addressing any logistical needs.
• الدعم في الجلسات المجتمعية: تقديم الدعم لفريق EORE/NTS خلال الجلسات المجتمعية عند الحاجة، لضمان تسهيل العمليات بسلاسة وتلبية الاحتياجات اللوجستية.
• Material Organization and Transportation: Assist the EORE/NTS team in organizing and transporting materials, including stands and other assets, to the implementation site, ensuring everything is in place for effective operations.
• تنظيم ونقل المواد: مساعدة فريق EORE/NTS في تنظيم ونقل المواد، بما في ذلك الحوامل وغيرها من الأصول، إلى موقع التنفيذ، والتأكد من أن كل شيء جاهز للعمل بكفاءة.
• PSEA Policy Compliance: Consistently adhere to SHO’s PSEA policy, ensuring actions maintain community trust and safety, while upholding the organization’s ethical standards.
• الامتثال لسياسة PSEA: الالتزام الدائم بسياسة PSEA الخاصة بـمنظمة شاريتيه الانسانية، وضمان أن تصرفات الفريق تحافظ على ثقة وأمان المجتمعات المستهدفة، مع الحفاظ على المعايير الأخلاقية للمنظمة.
• Additional Duties: Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager within designated timeframes, ensuring adherence to SHO’s quality standards.
