EP Program Specialist (Natural Resources)

The Environmental Protection Program Specialist supports Connecticut DEEP’s Forest Protection Program by coordinating statewide wildfire preparedness and response, supervising fire control staff, reviewing forestry and prescribed burn plans, and managing state and federal grants. The role requires strong skills in natural resource management, wildfire behavior, program coordination, communication, data analysis, and interpreting environmental regulations.
