Relationship ManagerReference number: JR245048Location: Hybrid working – home and our office based in LondonWorking pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentNumber of roles: 1Grade: K4Salary: £36,121 per annumWe are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team.You will take responsibility for the day-to-day interactions with all stakeholders for all matters concerning apprentices, and day to day management and administration of Kaplan’s role as the EPAO for the solicitor apprenticeship standard. You will help us deliver a world-leading assessment journey for our apprentice candidate and support them on their SQE journey whilst managing our relationship with the regulator and third parties regarding all apprentice related activities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as an Apprenticeship Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.A detailed job description can be viewed . If the link does not work for you, please copy and paste the following URL into your web browser: .What you’ll bring to the roleStrong track record of managing third party relationships.Strong track record in influencing key stakeholders.Proven experience of improving customer journeys.Subject matter expertise of the apprentice regulatory framework.Expert knowledge of the apprenticeship landscape, including understanding of the key organisations and rules.Knowledge of APAR obligations.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Ability to problem solve and be effective in the face of tight deadlines.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently and also collaboratively.Ability to establish and maintain good working relationship with key stakeholders.Excellent IT skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Numerate and comfortable working with the data and statistics generated by examinations.Commitment to our team culture of acting with integrity, empowering and supporting each other, creating opportunity, continuing to grow knowledge and driving results together.What we doKaplan is a provider of world-leading professional assessments.
