This ER Advisor position offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters within the transport and distribution industry. Based in Nuneaton, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring best practices are maintained across the Human Resources department.The role of Employee Relations Advisor will report to an ER Manager and work as part of a busy ER team. You will take responsibility for high volume employee relation casework ranging from low level to more complex cases.This will include: Providing expert advice on employee relations matters; Supporting managers in handling performance and disciplinary issues; Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures; Support to up skill managers to deal with people matters; Managing low-level to complex employee relations caseworkEmployee Relations Advisor/ SpecialistChester/ HybridA successful ER Advisor should have:

• Proven experience in employee relations within a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• A CIPD qualification or relevant HR certification (desirable).
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to employee relations challenges.
