Main tasks
- Support the corporate fundraising team to identify and track grants calls
aligned to our mission; - Support the overall activities of the corporate fundraising team from
prospecting to writing proposals and preparing supporting materials; - Support the organisation of events or activities related to the
implementation of partnership agreements or related to partners (e.g mock
interview days, industry events) - Support to keep up to date the volunteering opportunities and calendars
for corporate partners. - Support the corporate fundraising team to control the timely and correct
track of the impact metrics of the different education for employment
programs at OCC (e.g. MigraCode, CodeWomen, OCC Greece and
YouthForAll); - Support the creation of an alumni network with more than 200 graduates;
- Support with identifying brand ambassadors among the alumni, volunteers
and partner network; - Support the creation of impact infographics and other promo materials to
be sent to current and potential donors in collaboration with the comms
team; - Support the identification of success stories to feature the success of each
program; - Take part in the ESC activities (organisation of team building activities,
awareness raising in schools, etc.); - Support the rest of the team and participate actively in the organisation’s
activities.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Go getter and proactive mindset;
- Advanced LinkedIn user who is comfortable with starting conversations;
- Experience in impact measurement will be highly appreciated;
- Experience or interest in photography, video-making, graphic design, and
related software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) will be considered a plus; - Strong interest in working in the nonprofit/social sector and basic to
advanced knowledge of the migration context of Europe. Higher education
in social sciences will be considered a plus; - Able to speak and write in English and Spanish. Knowledge of other
languages will be considered a plus; - Easy-going and loving an intercultural environment;
- A motivated, proactive, open-minded, tolerant, creative, and self-reliant
person.

- Our volunteering program is funded by the European Commission through the
European Solidarity Corps program. This means that volunteering provides: - Travel costs coverage: Up to the limits established in the Erasmus+ Guide
distance calculator from the volunteer’s region of residency to our center,
and back - Free Accommodation (shared room): Provided in Barcelona. The flat is fully
equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, washing machine, etc.) - Monthly allowance: 310 euros per month
- Insurance: Henner
