Establishment of Coffee Nurseries in Greater Masaka, Rwenzori & Northern Regions

Introduction :

The company/firm is expected to: 

  • Establish 10 mother gardens of the 9 Coffee Wilt Disease Resistant (CWD-r) clones KR 1, KR3-10 (6 in Greater Masaka, 4 in Northern Uganda)
  • Construct 15 nursery shades (6 in Greater Masaka, 4 in Northern Uganda for CWDR Robusta multiplication and 5 in Rwenzori for Arabica seedlings multiplication).

This ITB is allocated in three (3) lots. They are as follows:

  • LOT 1: 6 Nurseries and Mother Gardens for Robusta Coffee in Greater Masaka
  • LOT 2: 4 Nurseries and Mother Gardens for Robusta Coffee in Northern Uganda
  • LOT 3: 5 Nurseries for Arabica coffee in the Rwenzori region.

Companies/bidders are eligible to apply for all lots, however, a company can only be awarded one lot.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Amendment : To edit the documents on requisition lines

This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum.
