Job Title: EstimatorSalary: £40,000 – £45,000Location: BournemouthSector: GlazingAre you an experienced construction estimator with a background in glazing projects?Would you like to work for a family run business operating in the UK & Europe?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run business who are operating within both the structural steel & glazing markets. Due to growth, they are seeking to employ an experienced estimator with a background in estimating glazing projects across the commercial sector. You will be working alongside an already established team to provide accurate & detailed quotations to a tier 1 contractor client base.Responsibilities as an estimator:

• Building new relationships with main contractor clients to ensure you will be on upcoming tender lists
• Prepare detailed & high quality quotations
• Negotiation of terms with clients
• Identifying any new leads, using market data and prospecting tools
• Reading from design drawings to produce take offs to a high standard

We would welcome conversations with estimators who:

• Have a background in estimating either structural steel or glazing packages
• Possess a good understanding of the contractual process
• Are able to read from architectural drawings
• Can communicate across internal teams and external clients
• Is a confident user of Logikal – advantageous
