Job description

My client are an award-winning roofing and cladding contractor delivering projects nationwide. They provide all types of roofing solutions across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, leisure, healthcare, education, and retail.They have an opportunity for an Estimator to join their team and work on a range of newly secured roofing projects across the North West.As an Estimator, your role will include:

• Estimating on a wide range of roofing projects.
• Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
• Review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission.
• Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
• Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
• Ensures enquiries are issued and quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers.
