ABOUT THE COMPANYI’m currently working with a small but successful family-run commercial fit-out contractor in North-West London. Having been in business for close to 20 years, my client currently turns over £10m with plans to grow to £20m within the next 5 years. Specialising in small commercial fit-out projects, my client has a pool of consistent clients. Examples of their work include fast-track retail projects, high-spec bars and restaurant spaces, and educational facilities.ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Estimator, you will tender on inquiries that come into the business with the aim of winning work. You will be based at my client’s high-spec offices five days a week. With the ambitious growth plans of the business, this role has the potential to become a more senior position where you will head up your own team.REQUIREMENTS

• 1-5+ years experience in commercial fit-out projects
• Located close to their Wembley offices
• Good organisational and communication skills

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

• £40,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)
