Job description

Work within processes for estimating and costing all schemes and continually assist the procurement process.
Examine quotes received and report thereon or negotiate prices with a selected contractors and/or sub-contractors in accordance with the agreed schedule of rates, include negotiations on savings to an agreed budget.
Respond to tender enquiries during the pre-construction phase.
Co-ordinate the presentation of cost estimates and cost plans, construction costs, professional fees and other costs forming total project costs.
Survey drawings and tender documentation and undertake take offs and calculate quantities and provide schedule for the tender process to obtain accurate costings.
Ensure all tender submissions are compliant.What we’re looking for:A candidate who is an experienced Estimator with Candy experience who is supporting sales people accurately.
The candidate to be extremely professional, experienced and confident.
You to be able to work at a fast pace in a busy environment and work well under pressure and timescales.
A candidate who can produce estimates, tenders and deal with costing, by speaking to suppliers.
