You’ll be at the forefront of securing projects valued between £2 million and £15 million, playing a critical role in the pre-construction phase. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop meticulous and competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial projects.
• Analyse complex tender documents and specifications to identify key cost drivers.
• Negotiate and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to secure the best value.
• Maintain and develop a comprehensive cost database for future projects.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and best practices.
