EstimatorAre you an experienced Estimator looking to join a dynamic team where your expertise will directly contribute to project success? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of cost estimation and tender preparation, ensuring accuracy and clarity from initial enquiry through to project handover.About the Role:As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and commercial tenders. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Projects, Workshop, Site, and Business Development teams, ensuring seamless communication throughout each stage of the process.You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and reviewing tender documentation, including scopes, drawings, schedules, and contract terms.
• Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparing detailed estimates, schedules of queries, and clarifying documentation.
• Liaising with clients to ensure clear understanding and alignment of scope.
• Supporting handovers to project teams, ensuring a smooth transition from tender to delivery.
• Assisting in pricing model development to meet varying client and market needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong technical knowledge of pipework and metalwork fabrication & installation.
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings, P&IDs, and pipework isometrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience with SAGE job costing and MS Project is advantageous.
• Familiarity with NEC 3 & 4 contracts.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with clients, suppliers, and team members.
