Job Title: Estimator (Shop Fitting)
Location: Northampton
About Us:
We are a well-established shop fitting main contractor based in Northampton, specializing in delivering high-quality fit-out projects. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management: Handle tenders up to the review stage, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Measurement and Scaling: Take accurate measurements, scale off drawings, and utilize CAD systems for project assessments.
Enquiry Handling: Efficiently manage and coordinate enquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach.
Time Management: Work effectively under time constraints and pressure to meet project deadlines.
Collaborative Work: Collaborate with and support a team of two other estimators in the bid process.
Joinery Experience: Previous experience in joinery estimation is highly beneficial.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimator in shop fitting or related construction fields.
Familiarity with CAD systems and the ability to scale off drawings.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tender submissions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Joinery experience is advantageous.
