Estimator (BMS)Soho, London (Hybrid Remote Working)£60,000-£70,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Progression + Training + Company BenefitsAre you an Estimator from a BMS background looking for a technically challenging and specialist role where you will work on dynamic projects for a range of blue-chip clients within a growing consultancy who offer autonomy ongoing progression opportunities?This company provide BMS solutions to a broad range of blue-chip clients including CBRE and Emcor. They have continually grown since their establishment over 20 years ago and are looking to continually develop within their industry, due to this ever increasing workload they now want to grow their base of operations in Central London.This is a varied role where you will work closely with the Business Development Manager on projects to produce accurate estimates for a varied range of projects. You will liaise regularly with the engineering, commissioning and project management teams in addition to working closely with clients and suppliers.This role would suit an Estimator from a BMS / Tridium background who is looking for a varied role within a well-established and rapidly growing business who offer ongoing progression opportunities.The Role:

• Estimation, quoting and pricing for bespoke BMS systems
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for control and automation projects across various sectors
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, commissioning, and project management teams to gather necessary information and insights for precise estimations
• Evaluate supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

The Person:

• Estimator or similar
• BMS background
• Commutable to Soho- happy to cover sites in and around the M25
