Our client are a specialist Fit Out contractor in London.Due to a busy 2025 they are now looking to hire an Estimator to join their team in London.Skills and Requirements:

• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience as a estimating within a similar type of contractor
• Ideally previous experience working with a Fit Out Contractor
• Review tender documents
• Pricing projects
• Producing bill of quantities
• Prepare the handover material and liaise with design and operations teams
• Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
• Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Happy to undertake site visits when required.
• Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
• Working references – required
