The company offers a supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Joinery Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate pricing and budgeting for projects. You will:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, suppliers, and the project team to achieve the best outcomes.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Provide accurate financial updates and reports to ensure project profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery or fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines effectively.
