With a team of experienced professionals, offering a comprehensive range of services including Reinforced Concrete Frame and Groundworks. Our client continues to deliver on projects ranging from £5m – £20m.ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Estimator reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for compiling and formatting tender submissions, including bills of quantities, pricing schedules, and other relevant documentation. Participating in negotiations with clients and subcontractors to secure the most favourable contract terms. Experience with dealing with developing detailed method statements for RC frame and groundwork activities, outlining the sequence of work and resource requirements would be advantageous for this position.REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a RC Frame sub-contractor
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies
• Working knowledge of various forms of contract
• Degree Educated within a construction related field
