We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our client’s team, supporting the development of accurate and competitive cost estimates for facade projects.This role is ideal for candidates at the start of their estimating careers or those with a few years of experience who are looking to grow.Working closely with design, engineering, and project management teams, you’ll be involved in assessing project requirements, preparing bids, and ensuring the financial success of each project.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bids and tender documents for projects
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and secure terms
• Conduct site visits as required to evaluate project scope and identify potential cost impacts
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure estimates meet project needs and compliance standards
• Provide support in cost analysis and forecasting to aid in project planning and decision-making
• Stay up to date with market trends, material pricing, and industry advancements

About You:

• Open to candidates at the start of their estimating careers or with a few years of experience in estimating, ideally within construction or building envelope sectors
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building positive supplier relationships
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite
• Qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field are a bonus
