TrueMotion is a boutique consultancy focused on enhancing the impact of the cultural and creative sector through strategic consultancy and expert fundraising services. Our client base ranges from music festivals to innovative VR projects and other creative entrepreneurs.

EU Fundraising Consultant

We are looking for EU Fundraising Consultants to join our dynamic and international team. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Designing strategies to increase income and impact for cultural and creative organizations.
• Developing and managing funding applications for EU programs such as Creative Europe, Erasmus+, and Horizon Europe as well as not national funding programs.
• Collaborating with clients to diversify and enhance their income models, impact strategies, governance, project development, and fundraising.
• Conducting research and analysis on EU policy development, comparative analysis, and drafting detailed reports.
• Networking through client meetings, events, and conferences.
• Contributing to the growth and development of TrueMotion as an international consultancy.

Suitable candidates must primarily have motivation and talent for designing strategies on income and impact enhancement for cultural and creative organisations and initiatives. We welcome candidates with differing levels of experience that satisfy the following requirements:

• Familiarity with EU policy and funding programmes (Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe etc.), especially regarding the cultural and creative sector.
• Experience in the field of international culture and creativity, such as developing funding applications, impact frameworks or working at European institutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and experience with digital management tools, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
• Creative and proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch and other European languages.

What we offer

We offer flexible working conditions with remote work as the company standard though occasionaly you might be required to travel for client meetings or company events. We work on CET time and candidates are preferably located in Europe.

We are a small team, which will allow you to work directly with all team members, resulting in peer-learning and plently of knowledge-sharing opportunities. Due to the expansion plan of our organisation, these positions imply real career development in the mid-term.

Salary will depend on level of experience. A traineeship might be suggested for suitable candidates with less experience.
