Introduction
The purpose of this assignment is to strengthen the capacities of relevant institutional partners by improving their organizational set-up, knowledge, skills and competencies. The aim is to empower these institutions with the necessary expertise and capabilities to effectively design, implement, and monitor rural development policies, aligning with EU standards and requirements. Through targeted assistance, the goal is to contribute to the sustainable and strategic development of rural areas under the EU financing framework.
The objective of this assignment is to enhance the knowledge and build the capacity in the areas of rural development policy formulation, implementation, and monitoring. This support is crucial as it serves as a foundational step for the future initiatives of these institutions that will be financed by the European Union (EU).
The Service Provider will intensively and closely communicate (directly, online, and via phone) and cooperate with the targeted ministries/departments throughout the entire process of this technical assistance. Other divisions within the targeted ministries (such as administration, finance, etc.) are not the primary subject of this technical assistance but they might be consulted if needed.
