Responsibilities:
Promotion of participation in international R&D&I financing programs.
Management of participation in international R&D&I funding programs.
Drafting of proposals for participation in international R&D&I funding programs.
Carrying out training activities on international R&D&I financing programs.
Tasks:
Detection and communication of research opportunities within the framework of the Horizon Europe (HE) program according to the interests of the UC university community.
Personalized dissemination of calls for proposals among researchers.
Preparation of standard documentation useful in HE proposals, with emphasis on coordinated proposals.
Support in the preparation of HE program proposals.
Organization of training sessions and events to disseminate HE opportunities to internal UC staff. internal UC staff.
Elaboration of guides and support materials for the participation in the different HE calls.
Management of European projects from approval to completion: support in the negotiation of consortium agreements, follow up of the formalization process, financial financial management and preparation of administrative and economic reports and audits. and audits.
Financial and legal support in the implementation of ongoing European projects.
Support in horizontal tasks associated with the management of European projects.
