Introduction :

Description of the Assignment:  Conducting Independent Country Program Evaluation ICPE for Libya country program to assess the thematic area of governance, elections and rule of law in accordance with the IEO process and methodology. 

 

Period of assignment/services:  July 2024 to February 2025

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
