Description of the Assignment: The purpose of this Final Project Evaluation (the Evaluation) is to assess and validate the relevance, achievements, and overall performance of the MEG / EU4MEG II Project, in accordance with the objectives and targets outlined in the Project Document and the Result Framework.

In addition to the standard evaluation criteria (relevance, coherence, effectiveness/efficacy, efficiency, sustainability, and impact), the Evaluation is expected also to investigate potentially transformative effects of the Project’s interventions. Using systems thinking principles, the Evaluation will seek to identify social, environmental, and economic effects of the Project, focusing on interrelationships, perspectives, boundaries, and dynamics within the Project’s complex landscape as well as factors and forces that both moved forward and undermined transformations.  

Period of assignment/services: August-October 2024

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
