Tasks :
– Be able to deputize the Team Leader
– Assisting the team leader in planning and execution
– Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, equipment, set up, and transportation
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Qualifications :
– Education/training : Bachelor’s degree in Media, Business, Economics, Informatics, Law or a similar degree
– Language : C2 Arabic, English A2
– General professional experience : 4 years of experience working with vendors and subcontractors in the field of “event management” preferred experience working with an implemented project by I/NGOs or international organisations.
– Specific professional experience : 2 years of experience related to cooperation and coordination of different vendors.
– Regional experience : 3 years working experience in central region of Iraq, preferred in Nineveh
