Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Promoting Human Rights-Based Approaches in Higher, Legal and School Education” it is envisaged to provide support for the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) in piloting and finalizing institutional accreditation framework with a human rights-based approach and gender mainstreaming components incorporated.

The event should address current issues related to ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine during the war, European integration, and the period of peaceful reconstruction, particularly focusing on cooperation with the OSCE regarding the implementation of institutional accreditation and the development of a network of independent agencies for ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine. This event is planned to be organized with the support of the OSCE, in cooperation with NAQA, with the participation of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and higher education stakeholders in Ukraine, in Chernivtsi on April 28-30, 2025.
