Summary of Requirements

The OSCE SPU jointly with the representatives from the Commission on Journalism Ethics, Security Service of Ukraine and Parliamentary Committee on Freedom of Speech plan to organize a 4-day Seminar on the media literacy and self-regulation tools for the group of 25 media representatives scheduled for 17 – 20 September 2025 at Polyana, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattia Oblast. Therefore, the SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide services and relevant support for organizing the event as required and described in Terms of Reference.
