Summary of Requirements

The project “Strengthening Capacity of SCMU and Public Authorities to Co-operate Effectively with Civil Society” is implemented by the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) is aimed at strengthening effectiveness of SCMU` and public authorities’ co-operation with civil society organizations (CSOs) and citizens.

In particular, the SPU plans to assist the SCMU with enhancing capacity of public officials for co-operation with civil society institutions in policy implementation. For that purpose, the SPU plans to conduct a training course for civil servants about civil participation mechanisms in public policy development and implementation, including with the help of dialogue tools (training course).
