The project “Strengthening Capacity of SCMU and Public Authorities to Co-operate Effectively with Civil Society” is implemented by the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) in co-operation with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (SCMU) and is aimed at strengthening effectiveness of SCMU` and public authorities’ co-operation with civil society organizations (CSOs) and citizens.
